Offering statewide bonding services, 24 hours a day/7 days a week – Bryce Culbert Bail Bonds is located in Garfield County. Out of county bail bonds can be written but certain restrictions do apply.

Payment

A nonrefundable premium charge of no less than 10% of the total bond is the amount charged with a minimum of $150 for all bonds $1000-$1500  Bonds for less than $1000 are reviewed and payment options will be discussed. All bonds are reviewed on a case by case basis and structured payment options may be available. If payment options are approved, no less than 5% of the total bond is always required up front to begin any bonding services.

Cosigners

When bonding out of jail, a cosigner is typically required. Cosigners are defined as a person who will be responsible for the full amount of the bond if the defendant fails to appear at any of their court appearances. If the defendant fails to appear, the cosigner may also be responsible for any charges incurred to recover the defendant and return him/her into custody. Cosigners will be screened and asked a series of questions, and it is the discretion of Bryce Culbert Bail Bonds to accept the cosigner and/or ask for collateral to secure the bond.

Free Warrant and Bail Checks

Bryce Culbert Bail Bonds provides free warrants checks. This is information that is not available to the public. Correct spelling of the name and date of birth are required for this service. Bail bond checks require the defendant to be fully booked in before any of this information can be obtained. If there is any possibility that the defendant has other outstanding legal obligations, this needs to be disclosed immediately when calling as it will speed up the process.
